Security Line

It was my first game at Amalie Arena so I'm not sure if it's an all the time situation but the security line to enter the game needs to be addressed for effectiveness. There were hundreds of fans that missed the entire warmups and were late for the start of the game because there was only (1) line entering for bags that had to be checked. That line was overwhelmed and unable to keep up with the pace (not the workers fault...they were working as fast and hard as possible) but whoever is in charge of the arena security needs to address that situation. It was insanity. We were there an hour before the game was supposed to start and our one party member who had to go through the bag line, ended up getting through after the puck had already dropped. We sat down a few minutes into the game and there was hundred of people still behind them waiting. The stadiaum other than that was great. Good experience. Good game. Staff was friendly. Easy to exit and ample parking around the stadium.

Agree - Arena WAY TOO LOUD

I live out to town and went to my first game in probably 15 years back in May 2022. I agree with the person who posted about the constant LOUD noise. It was the only negative part of my experience. Not only is there almost no periods of silence at all, everything that they do is so LOUD - excessively so to me. I found my ears ringing for some time after leaving the game. I feel they could turn the volume down a bit and still reach the whole arena. It's like every second of time outside of actual play requires LOUD (excessively loud to me) volume no matter what.
